I have an assignment for the college I am attending that I need help with regarding the Game Design Doc.

I have the idea for the game planned out already, and the assignment is that I have to write the first part of my Game Design Document and it needs to be 2-3 pages long. I prefer that it were three pages. I've looked all over the Internet, but haven't been able to find one that I believe will help me. Is there anything that anyone using this site knows that will help me?

There was one on the previous GDN site (gamedesign.wikicomplete.info), but that site has been down for years. However, there is an archived version of it here. There are a few more links on this part of that site as well.

The only other one I know of is on this site, here, which isn't as complete as the one I just linked.

I've never really sat down and done a design document, but just had an idea and started working on the code, so I can't really help much other than that.

oh how awesome. I wrote most of those design documents :) It's like taking a trip down memory lane.
