My name is Gen, I currently work in the video game industry since 4 years already so I was able to gather some experience to start my own projects.
Our first (I say our because we already have a team going on it) project is a 2d platformer/RPG. We currently have one artist, the engine is already done by the lead programmer, we also have two other programmers and a physician helping us with the physic effects. To make things even better, we have a composer who actually compose musics for a living ;) (I'll send his link to those interested)
Now the biggest problem with this is that in my experience I realize that doing a full game when working full time demand more artists (pixel art) than what we have at the moment. (which would be me :P) I'm looking for at least 2 other artists to help me with this, as I'm looking to make a very fluid and detailed game in its self.
But, I also realize that my own pixel art is …to be honest, rusty, as I don't use that at work :S so if anyone could throw me some -good- tutorials (i never made tiles, go figure)

PS: my English my suck ;) I'm French-Canadian (so yes that would mean I swear like a lumberjack and even though I don't live in an igloo, I know how to make one! woot!)
