However, there is an archived version of it here. There are a few more links on this part of that site as well.

The only other one I know of is on this site, here, which isn't as complete as the one I just linked.

I've never really sat down and done a design document, but just had an idea and started working on the code, so I can't really help much other than that.

I prefer that it were three pages. I've looked all over the Internet, but haven't been able to find one that I believe will help me.
